ariat buttons up workwear ecommerce on znode


Situation

Ariat is a leading manufacturer of innovative boots, shoes, and clothing for work, farm and ranch. As a part of their services, they offer work group uniform programs to a variety of industries. To support this initiative, Ariat has recently created a division called Ariat Crew, specifically aimed at serving companies with uniform needs.


Challenge

Ariat sought to build an ecommerce solution for Ariat Crew to evolve it’s group services and expand real-time customization to a variety of customer segments. The desire was to deliver a user experience that allowed prospects and customers to view a tailored catalog provided by the Crew sales team. Account users needed to be served a custom catalog upon login. Having the capability for end-consumer product vouchers was also required.


Solution

Znode was selected as the ecommerce platform to bring more advanced commerce capabilities to the Ariat Crew program offering. Personalizing the uniform program and specifications to customer accounts is enabled utilizing Znode’s parent-child/account-user functionality. Znode’s profile capabilities solve for  multiple programs offered to a single account. Additionally, Znode’s voucher functionality was able to provide the needed functionality for accounts seeking to provide allowance credits to their employees for uniform and company apparel purchases.

Ariat Crew also takes advantage of the native integration to  Artifi Labs product customization software, which allows for full embroidery rendering products and a real time virtual proof during the buying process. Ariat has now successfully launched a solid ecommerce experience with Znode and Artifi.
